Working with me is collaborative and straightforward.

My process helps you clarify what your prospects need to know about your solution, then turn that into clear content that speaks to business buyers.

The process:

Step 1: Initial conversation

We’ll discuss your project, what you’re trying to achieve, and who needs to understand your solution.

This helps me understand your goals and confirm I’m the right fit. If I’m not, I’ll say so.

Brief call or email exchange to get started.

Step 2: Project agreement

I’ll send you a brief proposal outlining what I’ll deliver, the timeline, and the cost.

Timeframe: Within 48 hours of our conversation.

Step 3: Collaborative Clarification

This is where we clarify what matters most: what you want to say, and what your prospects need to understand.

I’ll review materials you provide (technical documents, product specs, previous content) and conduct additional research to fill any gaps.

Step 4: Content creation and review

I turn your expertise into clear, structured content your prospects can understand.

Typical timeframes:

• Content, customer education guides or one-page briefs (800-1200 words): 14 working days
• Longer content such as reports or white papers (2000-3000 words): 14-21 working days

Other projects: Discussed individually.

Step 5: Final delivery

Once you’re happy with the content, I’ll deliver the final version in your preferred format: Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or your designer’s preferred format.

What I Need From You:

• Relevant documents and resources
• Brief conversations for clarification if needed (not formal interviews, just clarity on specific points)
• Any brand guidelines or style preferences

FAQs about working together

What if I need changes after the final delivery? Minor tweaks (small adjustments) are included. Substantial rewrites or scope changes will be quoted separately.

Do you sign NDAs? Yes, I’m happy to sign non-disclosure agreements.

What if my timeline is urgent? I can sometimes take on rush projects depending on my schedule. Please contact me to discuss availability and rush fees.

How do you handle payments? My terms are 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion. Work begins once the first payment clears.
