The Small Print

This outlines the business side of how we’ll work together, also known as the small print.

My goal is to make sure you’re happy with your content and that the process runs smoothly and professionally.

Here’s how I work to keep everything clear and efficient:

Rates and payment

Each project is custom-priced based on its scope. To get a quote, please email me your details, including your timeline and budget.

A 50% deposit is required before I begin, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. I’ll send you an invoice.

Scope and quotes

I’ll stick to the agreed quote, which covers the scope of work and delivery timeline. Any requests beyond the original scope may incur additional fees. I will always discuss these with you before proceeding.

Rush work fees

Less than 48-hour turnaround → Minimum 25% surcharge.

Commissioned on Friday, due Tuesday → Minimum 50% surcharge.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after completion, full payment is still required on receipt of the invoice.

If a project is cancelled mid-way, I charge for the work completed up to that point. Payment is due on receipt of the invoice.

Revisions and changes

I want you to be happy with your project, and I will work on it for two rounds of edits (within the project’s agreed scope).

Any changes beyond the original scope (e.g., restructuring, adding sections) will be reviewed and billed separately.
