Scope of work
The quote I send covers the scope of work and delivery timeline we’ve agreed on. Any requests beyond the original scope may incur additional fees, and I’ll always discuss these with you before proceeding.
Cancellations
If a project is cancelled after completion, full payment is still required on receipt of the invoice.
If a project is cancelled midway, I’ll charge for the work completed up to that point. Payment is due on receipt of the invoice.
Confidentiality
Everything you share remains confidential. I’m happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any project begins. No company information is ever put into generative AI.
